The Services

EDUCO is a cloud-based eLearning service. By accessing EDUCO, our user institutions (Schools/Colleges/Universities) provide access to their students and teachers for learning and instructions. Students can also register themselves on this site to access class material provide by their institution. Users access the Educosoft.com service by means of a unique Userid and a secure password. The institution and school administrators specify and manage the content of the courses, which may include text documents, video and audio files, images, presentations. Students enroll for the courses, consume the learning resources and perform assigned activities including graded assessments. Students have access to the records of their activities including grades. Instructors can extract reports for their student’s course activities.

Information You Provide and the Information We Collect

Security, privacy and availability are our top priorities and we always stay on top of SOC 2 and PCI DSS compliance requirements. EDUCO will not knowingly do anything or permit anything to be done which might lead to a breach of the Data Protection Laws. When a student registers for an account on our service portal or an instructor adds a student to a class on our service portal (Educosoft.com), we may collect personal information such as a student's name, email address, username, password, phone number etc. During your online learning activities on our portal as a registered user, we collect information about your use of the service and any information you submit to us as answers to questions from Tests, Assignments, comments, contents, or messages. You have a way to communicate with us by using our Contact Form and Support Form where you may enter your name, your e-mail address, your telephone number, and your message in the dedicated space. Such personal data is used solely for the purpose of responding to you, and we keep your data only. We do not ask for date of birth, SSN, student ID, school information, passport number, driver's license, health record, and other sensitive and personally identifiable information.
